To offer an effective tamper evident solution, shrink bands MUST grip both
the bottle cap as well as the bottle neck. The Boston round bottles
pictured above have caps that sit directly on the bottle. A shrink band on
this type of bottle will not offer any tamper evidency as the caps can be
removed with the shrink band intact, and then replaced.
The bottles above have room under the cap for a
shrink band to grip thereby breaking when the cap is twisted.

OR BOTTLES WILL ALWAYS VARY IN
RELATION TO SEVERAL FACTORS.
- Overall diameter of container
- Height of container
- Overlap area at the top or the bottom of the container to properly allow for
tamper evidency
- Transfer bead below the cap
- Transfer bead on the side of the container
- Shape of the bottle
- Curvature in the shoulders
- Requirement (or not) of a perforation
- Thickness of material in relation to the application
- Color of the underlying product in the case of printing

your
application is always a "hit or miss" situation. In some cases we may be able to
determine
the bands that you need without seeing your container(s).
To ensure your product is accurately measured and fitted with a perfectly
sized
shrink label, tamper seal, or preform, please send us your
container(s) and caps
along with the following information.

Enclose your complete contact information and/or business card.
2) Please send a letter describing your
requirement.
3) Please indicate the quantities
required.
We
prepare all samples immediately upon receipt, but we cannot respond
to you if we do not have a business card, contact information, or
instructions.
Each item is carefully measured to ensure
